Sea Water Electro-Chlorination System

CHLOROPAC systems are a proven method of preventing biological fouling  using technically superior equipment for better efficiency to attain a long term plant operation. The CHLOROPAC system produces in situ,  dilute, safe solution of sodium hypochlorite for direct injection into the water system. > C.T.E. ELECTROLYZERS

The C.T.E. Electrolytic cell assembly consist of two concentric titanium tubes between which salt water (Sea Water) flows. By passing electric Current through the salt water, CHLOROPAC converts the sodium chloride into sodium hypochlorite, the active ingredient required for anti-fouling.

CHLOROPAC C.T.E. "always clean" design was proven not to require acid wash or other electrode cleaning methods. This allows users of ELCAT's C.T.E. technology to operate at design output capacity at all times and therefore provides the lowest life cycle cost of any system.

 

> P.P.E. ELECTROLYZERS

P.P.E. cell uses a plate type electrolyzer & adopts a modular design & can handle requirements ranging from 40-500 kg/hr by combination. The design of the system was standardized such that it can :

* Support high back pressure on a high pressure design

* Minimizes acid washing

* Recycle an electrolysis cell
